Fixes and improvements

Browse Source 
* Added strip sounds during Lockheart Tattoo public event.
* Removed bld and blktone in some places where it's replaced by inner thought and narrator character.
* Minor writing improvements/fixes.
* Doll positioning and posing improvements.
