Lint improvements
* Added lint ignore tag detection for spoken strings.
* Fixed lint incorrectly marking newline characters as multiple spaces.
* Fixed lint incorrect behaviour for oxford commas.
* Fixed issues exposed by lint.
* Removed unreachable code.
